Practice Areas
Estate Planning
Proper estate planning can help ensure that difficult and painful situations concerning death or incapacity are not further compounded by family disputes or costly court proceedings. Complications can be avoided by having the correct documents in place that clearly express your wishes. In most instances, these documents include a will, powers of attorney, living will, and other estate planning documents. We will work closely with you to learn about your family, assets and goals and create an estate plan that is right for you and your loved ones.
Probate
We also represent personal representatives, executors, heirs and beneficiaries in connection with the probate process. Losing a loved one is very difficult. We can guide you through settling their estate and help relieve some of the stress and uncertainty associated with the process. Not every estate requires probate. We will review the estate and determine the appropriate procedure to be followed. If probate is required, we will strive to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.
